Common questions
Can I change the tag later?
No. My Medi Friend bracelets are one piece with fixed engraving. If you want interchangeable tags, Lauren’s Hope is built for that.
Are there other beaded styles?
Yes. There is also a Slim White Beaded Blood Thinner bracelet, plus slim black and classic styles.
Can I add my own name or details to the bracelet?
No. Each bracelet comes pre-engraved with its condition, and the text can’t be changed. Use the included emergency ID card for names, contacts and medication details.
What if it doesn’t fit?
The bracelets are one size. If yours doesn’t fit, or you don’t like it for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within one year of receiving your order.
Can I wear it in the shower or pool?
Bathing and swimming aren’t recommended. Rinsing the bracelet under a light stream of water after sweating is fine.
