At My Medi Friend, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

 

 

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition

- The item must be returned in its original packaging

- The customer must provide the order number or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Custom Engraved Products

Some of our products are custom engraved based on the information provided during checkout.

Because these items are personalized, they cannot be returned for a refund unless:

- the item arrived damaged, or

- there was a manufacturing error.

If there is an issue with a custom engraved item, please contact us and we will review the situation.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please include:

- your order number

- a photo of the item

- a short description of the issue

After reviewing the request, we will either:

- send a replacement, or

- issue a refund, depending on the situation.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved:

- refunds are issued to the original payment method

- refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to ensure safe delivery.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, provided the order has not already been processed or engraved.

After production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

 

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the best solution.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
