Common questions
Can I swim in a My Medi Friend bracelet?
No. Take it off for showers and swimming. If you want an ID for the pool, ROAD iD is the better choice.
Is there a men’s version?
Yes. This page shows the Men’s Blood Thinner bracelet. Men’s diabetes and epilepsy styles are available too.
Can I add my own name or details to the bracelet?
No. Each bracelet comes pre-engraved with its condition, and the text can’t be changed. Use the included emergency ID card for names, contacts and medication details.
What if it doesn’t fit?
The bracelets are one size. If yours doesn’t fit, or you don’t like it for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within one year of receiving your order.
Can I wear it in the shower or pool?
Bathing and swimming aren’t recommended. Rinsing the bracelet under a light stream of water after sweating is fine.
