Products

My Medi Friend sells medical ID bracelets, medical alert ID jewelry, and related identification accessories.

Our products are designed to display customer-provided or product-selected information for identification and awareness purposes. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or medically manage any medical condition.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Payment is collected at checkout through the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully authorized.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Products requiring engraving, personalization, or preparation may require additional processing time.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy and may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, provided the order has not already been processed, engraved, fulfilled, or shipped.

Because some products may be engraved or prepared after the order is placed, cancellation may no longer be possible once production or fulfillment has started.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@mymedifriend.com and include your order number.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and defective item claims are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If a product is custom engraved or personalized, it may not be eligible for return unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
